During the sign-up process, we collect personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, and password. The password is encrypted to ensure your account remains secure. Your phone number is additionally used during login for OTP verification to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized access.
When setting up your hostel account, we collect information such as the hostel’s name, description, images, and the owner’s photograph. This information helps us display accurate and complete listings within the App. We also collect your hostel’s country, state, and city, along with GPS location data, which allows us to show your property accurately on maps and in search results. Referral codes are collected to track agent and partner contributions to bookings.
While using the App, we collect data related to room management, including any additions, edits, or deletions. We also collect online and offline booking information, resident details, and financial records such as fees and payment history that you input into the system. Additionally, we gather technical information such as IP addresses, device type, operating system, and crash reports.
